Serbia U16 won the 8th place at the European Championship for players under 16 in Kaunas (Lithuania) after in the match for seventh place defeated by Germany with 64:91 (19:17, 21:27, 7:28, 17:19). Marko Pecarski had 6 points and 4 rebounds while Aleksa Matic scored 2 points.
