MEGA MIS VISITS SUBOTICA, BARAĆ: “SPARTAK IS A WELL-CONSTRUCTED AND WELL-COACHED TEAM, WE NEED TO SHOW A HIGH LEVEL OF MOTIVATION”

After two consecutive victories in the ABA League, the players of Mega MIS will visit the Spartak Office Shoes team in Subotica in the 12th round. The game at the Dudova Šuma Sports Hall is scheduled for Saturday, December 14th, at 18:00, with a live broadcast on Arena Sport TV.

Mega MIS head coach Marko Barać shared his thoughts ahead of the match:

“We are expecting an extremely tough away game. Spartak is a well-constructed and well-coached team. They play good basketball, with much of their offense running through a quartet of American guards. It is up to us to show a high level of motivation, to play with energy and concentration on both ends of the floor, and try to come away with the win,” said Barać.

Mega MIS player Ilija Milijašević is hopeful for another positive result:

“After a series of losses, we managed to string together two very important wins, and we want to continue in that rhythm against Spartak. We are visiting a very good and experienced team that is playing excellently this season. We had enough time to prepare, and with a lot of confidence, we want to achieve another victory this season,” Milijašević added.

Both Mega MIS and Spartak from Subotica head into their first matchup in the ABA League with identical records of six wins and five losses, sitting next to each other on the regional competition table.
