JUNIORS OF MEGA MIS DEFEATED DINAMIK BY A PLUS 20 AND CAME ONE STEP CLOSER TO DEFENDING THE THRONE IN THE RODA JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SERBIA

Junior Mega MIS team has advanced to the final of the Roda Junior League of Serbia after convincingly defeating their counterparts from Dinamik VIP PAY with a score of 96-76 (21-13, 29-26, 29-19, 17-18) in the semifinals. Although under the guidance of Dragoljub Avramović, they quickly gained the advantage, the third quarter was crucial. That’s when they broke the resistance of their opponents and built a significant lead, which they comfortably maintained in the decisive 10 minutes. Junior Mega MIS team will have the opportunity to defend their title against the winner of the match between Crvena Zvezda and BKK Radnički.

Two players stood out in the triumph over Dinamik: Filip Jović with 28 points and 10 rebounds (PIR 31), and Ognjen Srzentić with 27 points (PIR 26). Bogoljub Marković also performed excellently with 15 points and nine rebounds (PIR 21), while Andrej Mušicki came close to a triple-double with nine points, eight assists, and six rebounds (PIR 18).

Mega MIS juniors won the Serbian championship in 2021 and 2023, and they will vie for their third title on Sunday, April 28, at 16:00 against Crvena Zvezda or BKK Radnički.
