MEGA MIS HOSTS CRVENA ZVEZDA, BARAĆ: “GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR YOUNG PLAYERS”

Mega MIS basketball team is hosting Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet in the 11th round of the ABA League. The match is scheduled for Monday, December 11, at 18:00 in the Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall in New Belgrade. Mega enters the game with a 5-5 record, while the red and white team has a record of 9-1.

Coach Marko Barać shared his expectations ahead of the clash with the regional competition leader and the Serbian representative in the EuroLeague:

“Every duel with a EuroLeague team is a great opportunity for our young players to compete with the best. There’s no need to say much about the quality and experience of the Crvena Zvezda team. They are certainly the favorites, but we will try our best to play well for the full 40 minutes. I hope the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a good game,” said Barać.

Stefan Miljenović emphasized that the team wants to present itself in the best light after the loss in the last round:

“We have a game against the EuroLeague team Crvena Zvezda ahead of us. After the loss in Podgorica, we trained very hard throughout the week and entered the game with the desire to show ourselves in the best light. To show our quality and strength, and to try to win against the first-placed team in the league in our hall,” Miljenović added.

Tickets for the Mega vs. Crvena Zvezda match went on sale on Friday, December 8, in all Tickets.rs branches, as well as online through the same website. They will also be available on the day of the match from 16:00 at the ticket office of the Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall, while the gates of the hall will open at 16:30. Tickets are available only for the upper level of the stands for 2,000.00 dinars.
