MEGA MIS JUNIORS IMPRESSIVE IN THE START OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE UNIFIED JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SERBIA

The junior basketball team of Mega MIS got off to a strong start in their quest for a spot in the Unified Junior League of Serbia. They defeated BKK Radnicki in the first round of qualifications at the Mega Factory arena with a score of 89:69 (23:18, 28:13, 20:19, 18:19). The players coached by Dragoljub Avramović pulled away in the second quarter and maintained their lead without much trouble throughout the second half, ultimately securing a convincing victory.

Abdramane Sibi shone with a double-double of 19 points and 13 rebounds, earning him the highest performance index rating (PIR) of 36 in the game. He was closely followed by Bogoljub Marković with 22 points and nine rebounds for a PIR of 32. Ognjen Nikolić and Ognjen Srzentić both contributed 11 points.

The next opponent for Mega’s juniors in the second round of qualifications is their counterparts from Partizan, with the match scheduled for Saturday, September 30th. The last opponent in the group stage will be the team from Vizura.
