THE DEFENDING CHAMPIONS U19 MEGA MIS STARTS THE NEW SEASON IN U19 ABA LEAGUE

The defending champions U19 team of Mega MIS will start the new campaign in the U19 ABA League on Friday. During the first stage of the competition, Dragoljub Avramović’s team will fight for first place in Group A with Borac Mozzarta and Mornar-Barsko Zlato. The first match is on Friday, November 11, and the juniors of Mega will cross spears with their peers from Borac (6:30 p.m.). All matches are will be played in the TRK Zlatibor hall, and only the winner of the group secures a place in the Final Four.

In the previous season, the U19 team of Mega won the third title in the regional championship. They sat on the Adriatic throne for the first time in the premiere edition of the competition in 2018, and they were champions in the past two years as well.

Coach Avramović will have the following team at his disposal in the first phase of the competition: Miodrag Gačić, Ognjen Nikolić, Rade Zečević, Petar Milosavčević, Abdramane Siby, Andrija Jelavić, Aleksa Milenkovic, Asim Đulović, Danilo Dožić, Ognjen Srzentić, Bogoljub Marković, and Andrej Mušicki.

U19 Mega will play their second match on Saturday, November 12, against Mornar. The meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

With two triumphs, the junior selection of Mega MIS started the defense of the throne on the domestic stage, with victories against Dinamik VIP PAY and Žitko Basket at the start of the U19 Roda League of Serbia.
