MILOJEVIC: “PARTIZAN WANTED VICTORY MORE”
Players of Mega Leks failed to defend the trophy in Radivoj Korac Cup because after the bad game in the second half, lost to Partizan with 65:77.
The best player in the ranks of Mega Leks was Ognjen Jaramaz with 23 points, but at a press conference after the match was visibly unhappy with game of Mega:
– Congratulations to Partizan on win and I wish them luck in tomorrow’s final. We did not play well, not worthy of the semi-finals. Partizan largely controlled the game, we did not have a chance to turn the match in our favor. We now turn to the ABA league to win as many games in the last four rounds,
said Jaramaz.
Coach Mega Leks Dejan Milojevic said team in the second half Mega came in Partizan’s rhythm:
– Congratulations to my pal Canak and Partizan on the deserved victory. They want it more and compared in a rebounding in one decisive part of the game ratio was 33:18 in their favor. We do not have sufficient quality this season, where we practically lost any big game in ABA league and the Champions League and we did not get to that, so we have to work on that. There was some hope at the break, where despite the poor game was only minus three, but we in the second half poorly run, entered at Partizan pace and that didn’t suit us. I wish them good luck tomorrow in the finals,
said Milojevic.
