THE JUNIORS OF MEGA SUPER RECORD A DOMINANT WIN AGAINST BORAC
The juniors of Mega Super recorded a dominant and crucial victory against their peers from Borac Mozzart in the 16th round of the Idea Junior League of Serbia, winning with a score of 107:71 (28:19, 34:23, 27:9, 18:20). Milan Vidosavljević’s team started the game well, gaining a significant lead after the first 10 minutes. They scored 34 points before halftime, building a substantial advantage. The defense was exceptional in the third quarter, allowing the opponent only nine points, and by the halfway point of the game at the TC Dejan Milojević, the outcome was clear. Mega Super improved their record to 12-4, while also gaining the head-to-head advantage over their Čačak rivals, who also have a 12-4 record. With a much better point difference than Borac (+359), Vidosavljević’s team now holds the top spot in the standings.
The most efficient player for Mega Super was Vuk Danilović, who scored 22 points and recorded five assists and five steals, earning a performance index of 24. Ognjen Nikolić added 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds, accumulating 28 index points, as did Nikola Karalić, who finished with 16 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Ognjen Srzentić was also excellent, scoring 17 points and dishing out six assists, with a performance index of 25. Vukašin Mušikić was also in double figures, contributing 10 points and eight rebounds.
In the next, 17th round of the Idea Junior League of Serbia, Mega Super will host Sloboda.
