MEGA SUPERBET HOSTS DUBAI, BARAĆ: “A FANTASTIC OPPONENT WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS AT EVERY POSITION”

Mega Superbet basketball players will host Dubai in the 18th round of the ABA League. The match is scheduled for Monday, January 27, at 8:00 PM, and will be held at the Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall. Admission is free, and complimentary tickets will be available at the sports hall box office from 7:00 PM on game day.

Mega Superbet’s coach, Marko Barać, shared his expectations ahead of the clash with the team from the United Arab Emirates:

“We have a game against a fantastic opponent who has strengthened their team during the season. They have several options at every position and are very well organized. We won’t be able to count on a couple of our starting guards, so this is a great opportunity for players who have played less to show their best. I believe that even with this lineup, we can play good basketball and be ready for every opportunity that arises,“said Barać.

Mega Superbet’s first-team player, Mihailo Petrović, is hoping for a positive outcome:

“We are facing a physically demanding game against a team that is at the top of the ABA League. Our task is to transfer this week’s good training to the game, come in fully motivated, and hope for a positive result,” added Petrović.

Mega won against Dubai 83:80 earlier in the season, and ahead of the 18th round, they have a record of 8-9, while Dubai has 12 wins and 5 losses.
