MEGA SUPERBET TO FACE PARTIZAN IN PIONIR TO KICK OFF 2025, BARAĆ: “I’M CONFIDENT MY PLAYERS ARE READY FOR THE CHALLENGE”

Mega Superbet will open their 2025 campaign on Monday at 12:00 in Aleksandar Nikolić Hall, taking on Partizan Mozzart Bet in the 15th round of the ABA League. Tickets for the stands are available for purchase until the game begins, priced at 2,500 dinars, while “court seats” are 6,000 dinars.

Marko Barać, head coach of Mega Superbet, shared his thoughts ahead of the clash:

“We are preparing for a game often described as the easiest to play. Partizan is the clear favorite, but I am confident my players are ready for the challenge. Playing against a team that has been dominating its EuroLeague opponents recently is the best learning experience for our young team. We’ll need a lot of focus to adapt to everything happening on the court throughout the game,” said Barać.

Mega Superbet player Bogoljub Marković acknowledged the difficulty of the task ahead but emphasized the team’s determination:

“We’re expecting a very tough game against a EuroLeague-caliber team. We’re aware of their quality. This will be a valuable experience for us as we face players who compete in Europe’s top competition every week. Our goal is to play a really good game,” Marković added.

Mega Superbet enters the 15th round of the ABA League with an 8-6 record, securely in the playoff zone, while Partizan, with 12 wins and two losses, shares the top spot with Crvena Zvezda and Budućnost.
