MEGA MIS HOSTS BORAC, BARAĆ: “WE MUST BE READY FOR THE PHYSICALITY AND TOUGHNESS OF OUR OPPONENTS”

Following their victory over Zadar in the previous round, Mega MIS will host Borac Mozzart in Round 11 of the ABA League. The game is scheduled for Monday, December 9, at 6:00 PM in the Dejan Milojević Hall.

Mega MIS head coach Marko Barać shared his expectations ahead of the matchup against the team from Čačak.

“We’re expecting a very challenging game in every sense. Borac is an experienced team that knows how to play and poses a serious threat to every opponent in this league. After a tough away victory, we want to continue proving ourselves. We must be ready for the physicality and toughness of our opponents, and I hope that with high energy, we’ll put ourselves in a position to secure another important win,” said Barać.

Mega MIS player Mihailo Petrović emphasized his desire to maintain the team’s positive momentum:

“After a very important and hard-fought victory in Zadar, we want to keep going in the same direction. Borac is a very experienced team that can pose a threat from any position. We’ve trained well this week, and if we can translate that onto the court, I expect the best possible outcome,” added Petrović.

Mega MIS currently has a 5-5 record after 10 rounds, while Borac stands at 3-7. These two teams have faced each other eight times in the ABA League so far, with Mega emerging victorious on five occasions.
