NINE FORMER MEGA PLAYERS BEGIN THE NEW SEASON IN THE NBA LEAGUE FOR A NEW RECORD!

In the season in which they will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the club, Mega MIS has continued to achieve success on all fronts, and with the start of the new NBA season, yet another record has been broken!

Namely, a total of nine former Mega players have begun the 2023/24 season with their NBA clubs, including Nikola Jokić and Vlatko Čančar (Denver Nuggets), Nikola Jović (Miami Heat), Filip Petrušev (Philadelphia 76ers), Vasilije Micić (Oklahoma City Thunder), Ivica Zubac (Los Angeles Clippers), Goga Bitadze (Orlando Magic), Boban Marjanović (Houston Rockets), and Malcolm Cazalon (Detroit Pistons). It is also worth mentioning that former Mega coach Dejan Milojević is a member of the coaching staff of the Golden State Warriors.

With this achievement, Mega MIS has further confirmed its previous successes as the club with the most drafted players (15) in history outside the United States and as the only club outside the U.S. territory to have had three selected players in the NBA draft on three occasions.
