Bogoljub Marković signed his first professional contract with Mega!

Mega MIS’ talented power forward has signed his first professional contract with the club! In the previous season, Marković played for the junior team with which he qualified for the final tournament of the Junior Euroleague, winning titles in the ABA U19 League and the Serbian Championship, and he also made his debut for the first team of Mega.

After signing the contract, Bogoljub Marković pointed out that this signing motivates him to continue to work hard and progress:

– I am thrilled that by signing my first professional contract, I am continuing my development at Mega, in whose younger selections I experienced wonderful moments. This motivates and obliges me to continue to work hard and improve to justify the trust shown. On this occasion, I would also like to thank everyone in the club for their selfless support in achieving joint results,

Markovic said.

Bogoljub Marković was born on July 12, 2005, in Užice; he is 211 centimeters tall and plays as a power forward. He came to Mega in the summer of 2021, and already in the first season, he won three titles with the club’s junior selections, namely the junior Euroleague, the junior ABA league, and the title of champion of Serbia in the cadet competition, and he also played for the cadet national team of Serbia last year at U17 World Cup in Spain.

In the previous season, he won the junior ABA title and the title of junior champion of Serbia, and he also made his debut for the first team of Mega. In the junior Euroleague, he recorded 15 points and 8.6 rebounds per match, while in the junior Championship of Serbia, he had 22.4 points, ten rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per match.
