U19 OF MEGA MIS DEFEATED BORAC IN THE FINAL AND WON THE TITLE IN THE RODA JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SERBIA

Double crown for Mega MIS juniors! After they won the U19 ABA league, they set on the throne in the Roda Junior League of Serbia, as they defeated Borac Mozzart in the final of the F8 tournament in the Basket City hall 78:60 (18:17, 17:10, 24:14, 19:19 ). After an excellent second quarter and only 10 points conceded in that period, Dragoljub Avramović’s team made a crucial difference in the third quarter and met the last 10 minutes with an 18-point lead. The rival tried to come back, but Mega’s young guns saved the surplus and unified the titles of both the regional and national championships.

Bogoljub Marković led Mega to victory in the final and the second national title in the junior competition with 21 points and as many as 15 rebounds for a total PIR of 32. Asim Đulović (7 RB) and Urban Kroflič (8 RB) added 16 points each, while Aleksa Milenkovic counted to 11 with seven rebounds.

Individual awards were also given out. Bogoljub Marković was declared the MVP and the best scorer of the regular season of the Roda Junior League of Serbia. He was also included in the ideal five.

Regarding the final tournament, Asim Đulović received the best scorer and MVP accolades.
