MEGA MIS REWARDS FANS AGAIN AND WILL WELCOME BUDUCNOST IN SREMSKA MITROVICA

On the occasion of securing the playoffs of the ABA league, Mega MIS, in cooperation with the city of Sremska Mitrovica, rewards basketball fans again! The match of the 25th round of the ABA league against Budućnost VOLI from Podgorica will be played in the PSC Pinki hall in Sremska Mitrovica, on Saturday, April 8, from 7:00 p.m. with free entry. The gates of the hall open from 6.00 p.m.

Mega played in Sremska Mitrovica for five seasons from 2014 to 2019, and when it last appeared in the playoffs of the ABA League, it defeated Budućnost in the semi-final series with 2:0, with the second leg played in the PSC Pinki hallt, as Mega won 76:75 in the great atmosphere in Sremska Mitrovica.

This is how the common idea was born to return Mega to Sremska Mitrovica for a short time, which was also talked about by the general manager of the club, Goran Ćakić:

– With great pleasure, we will implement a joint idea with the city of Sremska Mitrovica and the management of the PSC Pinki hall, to play this match there. We spent five unforgettable years there. We would like to thank the City, the administration and all the employees of PSC Pinki, as well as everyone who cheered us on during the five seasons we spent in Sremska Mitrovica and where we always felt at home. I hope that they will come to support us in large numbers on Saturday as well, so that we can remember our old successes and, I hope, write some new ones.

After 24 rounds, Mega has a 12-12 score in the ABA league and occupies sixth place in the table, while Budućnost is third with five more wins and one game less.
