MEGA MIS PLAYER BOGOLJUB MARKOVIĆ AT BASKETBALL WITHOUT BORDERS CAMP IN SALT LAKE CITY
Young Mega MIS player Bogoljub Marković will participate in the three-day Basketball Without Borders camp in Salt Lake City from February 17 to 19. Great recognition for one of the most promising Serbian talents and the most efficient player of the Roda Junior League of Serbia, who recently made his debut for the first team of Mega MIS in the 17th round of the ABA League against Cibona.
The 17-year-old Marković showed his talent best by competing against his peers in the Junior League, where he is one of the most responsible for the perfect score of Dragoljub Avramović’s team after 15 matches, with an average of 21.1 points and an index of 28.8 per game.
In the previous season, he won the U17 championship of Serbia, the U19 ABA league, and the U19 Euroleague.
Thus, in Salt Lake City, Marković will have the opportunity to meet and work with the most talented basketball players and some of the world’s most respected experts.
Basketball without borders was created as a development program in cooperation between the NBA and FIBA, which unites young players to promote basketball and sports values. It was founded in 2001 and has so far organized 66 camps in 43 cities across 31 countries on six continents. So far, over 3,900 young basketball players from 134 different countries have participated in the program. This year, it will be held for the first time since February 2020.
