MEGA MIS WILL HOST FMP ON SUNDAY, BARAĆ: “I’M SURE THAT THE GUYS WILL GIVE THEIR BEST TO ACHIEVE THE VICTORY”

Mega MIS basketball players will welcome FMP Meridian in the 14th round of the ABA League. The match is scheduled for Sunday, January 8, from noon in the Ranko Žeravica sports hall, and the entrance is free. Free tickets can be collected from the Hall of Sports box office on the day of the match from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the game.

Mega’s coach Marko Barać pointed out that his team will do everything to achieve victory:

– FMP is an excellently selected and led team. They deservedly got great results. They play with a lot of energy and control the game well, led by guard Trent Frazier, one of the best playmakers in the league. We are in a delicate situation regarding the squad, but I am sure the boys who go out on the field will give their best to achieve victory,

said Barać.

Mega’s captain Luka Cerovina believes in a positive outcome of the match:

– After a challenging schedule in the first part of the season, we are expecting more home games in the following. Ahead of us is a duel against a team that plays very well this season, but with the right approach and energy, we hope for a good game and a return to the winning track,

Cerovina pointed out.

Mega MIS basketball players have a 3-10 record after 13 rounds, while FMP has recorded ten victories and three defeats. These two teams have played against each other 13 times in the regional championship, and the team from Železnik has one triumph more to their name, while Mega has a positive balance at home, as they beat the Panthers four times as hosts, with two losses. In the first part of the season, FMP won at home 90:76.
