JOVANOVIC: “KEY TO THE VICTORY IS THAT WE STOPPED THEIR RUNNING”

Great performance of Mega Soccerbet in Cacak, where Borac was defeated with 83:97 (19:24, 22:31, 24:20, 18:22) within the 6th round of the ABA league. Mega’s players played a great team game with 26 assists and control of the play during practically the entire course of the match.

Mega’s coach Vladimir Jovanovic had a lot of reasons for satisfaction at the press conference after the match, where he pointed out that his team had concentration for 40 minutes:

– I started coaching basketball here and I have fond memories of this club, and I must say that coach Marinović and the Borac team justified last season’s good games in the ABA 2 league. They showed in the opening rounds that they are a very demanding opponent. They had an awkward schedule, but they got Partizan away and played well against favorites like Buducnost in Podgorica and FMP in Zeleznik. I was expecting a very difficult match, Borac cultivates a high intensity of play in attack and I think the key is that we stopped their running. I am satisfied with the concentration of our players, which, regardless of our youth, was present during the 40 minutes of the game and for that reason we won the game,
