Basketball players of Mega continued with quality games of the ABA league, as they defeated Zadar with 90:87 (27:25, 29:23, 24:16, 19:23) in the 2nd round. In the match that was played without the presence of the audience in the Hall of sports Ranko Zeravica, coach Vladimir Jovanović’s team beat Zadar with a better game in the second half with 16 three-pointers from 31 attempts (Zadar 11 out of 19) and as many as 29 split assists, and thefore came to the second victory in the regional competition.

The most efficient in the ranks of Mega was Stefan Momirov with 23 points (threes 7-9), followed by Filip Petrusev with 18 and Nikola Miskovic with 15 points. Martin Junakovic stood out in the Zadar with 22 points.

After 2 rounds of the ABA league, Mega Soccerbet has a score of 2-0, while Zadar is without a victory. In the next round, Mega will play against the Cibona in Zagreb, and the match is scheduled for Sunday, October 18, at 5 p.m.

Vladimir Jovanovic started the match with the following five: Smith, Momirov, Cerovina, Simonović and Petrusev. Zadar tries to return to the match with threes, reducing the difference to seven points, but Smith and Momirov return Mega’s double-digit advantage with threes. Zadar hits a new three-pointer for 89:81 in three minutes until the end of the game. In the finish, Mega missed a few shots, but all Zadar managed to do was reduce the difference to three points with a triple in the last second, for the final 90:87.
