MILOJEVIC: “WE HAD TO PLAY WITH MORE ENERGY AND TO LOOK BETTER”

Mega Bemax did not get well into the match of the 11th round of ABA League, which was played at the Topolica Sports Hall in Bar, so Mornar with a key lead from the first quarter ended with win 85:68.

At the post-match press conference, Mega Bemax coach Dejan Milojevic emphasized that his team had to play with more energy and to look better:

– First of all, congratulations to Mornar on well-deserved victory. Very quickly, in principle, they solved this game. They played the first quarter properly, and afterwards maintained those twenty points of difference. We came little closer several times but failed to lower the difference below ten points. With this shot we had tonight, and we shot triples 3 out of 25, therefore, 12 percent, we cannot beat Mornar. Realistically, Mornar is much better than we are, and this is not a match to claim survival points. However, we had to play with more energy and to look better, to get in shape for matches that are ‘to be or not to be’ for us to survive in the league,

said Milojevic.
