LANGOVIC AT THE CAMP “BASKETBALL WITHOUT BORDERS EUROPE 2018”
Young basketball player of Mega Bemax Aleksandar Langovic will take part in the camp “Basketball without borders Europe 2018”, which will be held in Belgrade in the sports hall “Zarkovo” from August 15 to August 18. A total more of 60 of the most talented boys and girls basketball players under 17 years of age will participate in the camp. The first edition of the Basketball without Borders camp was in 2001, and in the meantime over 3,300 players from 130 countries have passed through the camp, among which are many NBA stars.
Langovic is expecting testing, training, lectures and control matches at the camp, and among the numerous coaches who will work with campers, the most famous name is Greg Popovic, the coach of San Antonio Spurs.
There will be two former Mega’s players, Nikola Jokic and Boban Marjanovic, who will take part in the “Basketball Without Borders Europe 2018” camp, with Serbian national team players like Bogdan Bogdanovic, Nemanja Bjelica and the others. Also on the camp will be the legends of Serbian and European basketball, such as Vlade Divac, Predrag Stojakovic, Zarko Paspalj, Dragan Tarlac, Dina Radja and others.
Aleksandar Langovic was born on February 19, 2001 in Prijepolje and plays as Power Forward. In the previous season, he performed for the cadet (U16) and junior team (U18) of Mega Bemax, and with the national team of Serbia this summer participated in the U19 World Championship where on average he had 9.1 points and 7 rebounds.
