MEGA IN LAST MINUTE LEFT WITHOUT A WIN IN SKOPLJE

Players of Mega Leks have lost away against Karpos Sokoli with 75:72 (25:12, 13:25, 17:21, 20:14) in the 13th round of ABA league. Dejan Milojevic players were losing by 15 points in the first quarter but they quickly returned to egal match. In an exciting finish lay-up of Labovic decided the winner on about 30 seconds before the end. In the next attack Zagorac missed shot from a difficult position in the paint, Mavra then hit one free throw. In a few seconds remaining Zagorac missed half court shot for an overtime. For Mega in this match because of injury did not played Alpha Kaba.

In the ranks of Mega Marko Tejic was the most efficient with 15 points, Spasojevic had 12 Zagorac 11 with 10 rebounds. In winning team the best was Labovic with 28 points. In the middle of the regular season of ABA league, Mega Leks has a record of 4 wins and 9 losses. The next match will be played on Tuesday at 20:30 when Mega will play away in Zagreb against Cibona within the 9th round of the Basketball Champions League.

Dejan Milojevic started the match Jaramaz, Mushidi, Zagorac, Spasojevic and Tejic. Mega didn’t enter well the match where with a few turnovers the score was 12:6 after 6 minutes. Mega briefly managed to connect the game in attack but was not good defense so Karpos reaches the maximum plus 15 Quarter ended with Novak’s points for 25:12 after the first 10 minutes.
