NOVAK: “AGAINST KRKA TO PLAY GOOD IN BOTH DIRECTIONS”
Players of Mega Leks on Saturday 5th of November from 21:00 will continue competing in the ABA league with a game against Krka in Sremska Mitrovica. In a match of the 8th round of regional competition, Mega will seek the chance for third win 3 and further progress on the standings.
Due to injuries Dejan Milojevic will not be able to count on Spasojevic, Glogovac and Čarapic.
Coach of Mega Leks pointed out that the team need to show a reaction after the game with Mornar:
– On Saturday we play a very important game against Krka. We want to raise our form and get on with winning in ABA league. It is necessary for us as soon to forget the match against Mornar and to show the reaction of the team in order to reach an important victory for us,
Milojevic said.
Mega Leks and Krka so far in the ABA league ahve met six times with the score 4-2 for Mega. The last meeting was in the 25th round of ABA league last season when Krka in Novo mesto celebrated with 74:57. After 7 rounds of ABA league, Mega has a 2-5 record and Krka have 3 victories and 3 defeats with a match less.
During the breaks of the match, to the audience in the hall will be shooted shirts of company Roda from the special sporting guns. Spectators who caught three colorful shirts in half will compete in the shooting threes for a package of company Roda.
Guard of Mega Leks Jovan Novak points out that the team must play well in both directions to get to victory:
– We are expecting a very important game at home against Krka, who showed quality in the ABA league. We have to do our best and to play a good game in both ways. If we do that, I believe we will reach a new victory,
said Novak.
In this game, as well as the coming season, Mega Leks will continue with the “Mega Experience” project in which the guests of Mega are young people from Sremska Mitrovica.
Tickets for the match are on sale at a price of 200 dinars for stands and can be purchased at the cafe Pinki within the hall in a period of 8 to 22 hours, as well as the PSC Pinki box office on game day.
