TIGHT LOSE IN DERBY AGAINST PARTIZAN

Players of Mega Leks lost from Partizan with 81:85 (24:21, 18:30, 14:16, 25:18) within the 2nd round derby match of Super League. Mega were losing 15 points in fourth quarter, but in the finish reduced minus and came to defeat that still offers a chance for a rematch in the Hall Aleksandar Nikolic.

The most efficient in Mega was Danilo Nikolic with 14 points, but the big problem  could represent a injury of Ivanovic who in the fourth quarter twisted his ankle and did not come into play. Length of break will be known after further medical evaluation.

Mega didn’t start match good so Partizan took lead with 4:10. That was followed by a series of Mega 10:0 with the threes from Luwawu and Popovic and good roll of Zubac. After three from Ivanovic, Mega reaches 24:18 but Muric returned three for 24:21 at the end of the first quarter.
