MEGA GOT REINFORCEMENT FROM GEORGIA

YouthGeorgian national team member Gogo Bitadze has joined Mega Leks. Bitadze thus became the first foreigner in the youth categories this season in Serbia. Upon completion of the administrative procedure, it is expected his debut for Mega in Triglav Cadet league of Serbia and Roda Junior league of Serbia.

Goga Bitadze is born on 20th of July 1999. He 209 cm tall and plays the position of the center. He arrives to Mega Leks from the Georgian team Vita Tbilisi.

At the B Division European Championship for players under 16 years of age which this year took place in Bulgaria, Bitadze was named for the best center of tournament. On average, he had 14.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and even 3.6 blocks per game.

Bitadze will represent a big boost for the junior team of Mega Leks in Rome from 27th to 29th of December, where they will take part in Qualifications for the final of the Euroleague Junior Tournament. Mega is in group B with the youth teams of Armani, Umana Reyer Venice and Unicaja.
