“WE NEED TO KEEP FIGHTING LIKE IN MATCH AGAINST IGOKEA”

Players from Mega Leks on Friday 23rd of October at 9 PM in Celje will pursue opportunity for the 4th consecutive victory in the ABA league against domestic Tajfun. After another uncertain match and the victory after reversal against Igokea, players from Dejan Milojevic showed that in addition to the indisputable extremely great talent, the team definitely has the character of a winner.
For special story is the fact that in the match with the champions of Slovenia the average age of the team of Dejan Milojevic be only 19.8. Because of injuries from earlier absent Alpha Kaba and and captain Rade Zagorac, in the match against Tajfun again there will be no Predrag Samardziski who broke his nose in a duel with Zadar.
Because of the many problems with injuries Dejan Milojevic expects a tough match:
“The Tajfun last season’s title winning surprised everyone in Slovenia. We can expect a difficult game because we play against a serious and good team. We’ll have to play the maximum engaged to annul their strengths and come up with the victory”.
Mega Leks after 6 rounds shares 2nd place in the league with 4 wins and 2 losses while Tajfun has a score of 2-4.
Milenko Veljkovic in Samardžiski absence due to injury, played well in the match against Igokea. Before the match in Slovenia young center of Mega said:
“We can expect a tough match because Tajfun plays well at home. It is a good team, the current champion of Slovenia, which provides good performances at the beginning of the season. I think so far in ABA league we proved that we possess great talent, to never surrender and that we’re going for win every match. We will do our best to triumph on Friday and I hope for a good result”,
Veljkovic says and adds:
“We are a young team, we invest a lot of effort and we are waiting for our chance. As in previous games, we will spoke ranks and give our best to make up for the absence of three very important players for our team. The most important thing is repeat fighting level from match against Igokea, to be more aggressive in defense and to continue to grow as a team”,
finished Veljkovic.
The match is scheduled for Friday, October 21st at 9 PM in the hall Golovec in Celje, with a live broadcast on TV Arena Sport.
