MEGA WITHOUT STARTERS LOST IN NOVI SAD!

MegaLeks without 6 starters, lost in result-irrelevant match in Novi Sad against Vojvodina Srbijagas with 85:76 (26:19, 16:26, 25:16, 18:15). Mega went to the match of 14th round of Superleague without Jokic, Miljenovic, Keselj and Webster while Sulovic and Zagor,ac didn’t entered in the game.

The best in Mega Leks was Ognjen Jaramaz with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists (PIR 29), while Milenko Veljkovic had 16 points and 9 rebounds. In Vojvodina the best was Campara with 28 points.

MegaLeks finished in 4th place with a score of 7-7 while Vojvodina is 5th with 6-8.

The next match is on Saturday from 6 PM in “Hala Pionir”, where Mega Leks play against Red Star.

Ognjen Jaramaz:“We opened the match badly and Vojvodina was able to impose it’s rhythm. In the second quarter we came back and managed to take the lead. In the second half we were totally outplayed and Vojvodina deservedly came to win”.

Dejan Milojevic:“Congratulations to Vojvodina on this victory and a great season. Play-off begins in Saturday and I had to rest key players but it does not diminish the victory of Vojvodina. We didn’t responded to strong domestic game of the team in the second half and they routinely preserved victory. We turn to the playoffs”.
